Please note that any changes to the payment details in your exchange request can only be made after you confirm them via email. Therefore, it’s important to provide an email address that you have access to when submitting your request.

If you want to change your payment details, you need to send an email to our address at using the email address specified in your request.

Make sure to inсlude your request number in the email subject (e.g. ID: 10100001), and provide the new payment details to be used in the body of the email. Once we receive your email, our chat operator will manually process your payment.
